Instructions

  1. Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C).
  2. In a large bowl, combine all Meatloaf ingredients. Mix gently but thoroughly.
  3. Shape the mixture into a loaf and place in a loaf pan.
  4. In a small bowl, combine all Glaze ingredients. Mix well.
  5. Bake for 60 minutes. Spread the Glaze over the meatloaf and bake for another 30-45 minutes, or until the internal temperature reaches 160°F (71°C).
  6. Let rest for 10 minutes before slicing and serving.
