Instructions
🎙️ Cook with voice coach- Preheat oven to 375°F (190°C).
- Make Cranberry Compote: Combine all Cranberry Compote ingredients in a saucepan. Bring to a boil, then reduce heat and simmer for 15-20 minutes, or until cranberries have burst and sauce has thickened. Let cool completely.
- Brush a baking sheet with Clarified butter.
- Layer 4-5 sheets of Filo dough on the baking sheet, brushing each layer with Clarified butter.
- Cut filo stack into 24 equal squares.
- Top each square with a cube of Triple-cream brie and a spoonful of Cranberry Compote.
- Fold corners of filo dough towards the center, creating a small parcel.
- Brush parcels with Clarified butter.
- Bake for 10-12 minutes, or until golden brown and Brie is melted.
- Sprinkle with Maldon sea salt before serving.
