  1. Preheat oven to 375°F (190°C).
  2. Make Cranberry Sauce: Combine all Cranberry Sauce ingredients in a saucepan. Bring to a boil, then reduce heat and simmer for 10-15 minutes, or until cranberries have burst and sauce has thickened. Let cool.
  3. Unfold puff pastry sheet on a lightly floured surface.
  4. Cut pastry into 24 equal squares.
  5. Place squares onto a baking sheet lined with parchment paper.
  6. Top each square with a cube of Brie cheese, a spoonful of Cranberry Sauce, a sprinkle of Chopped fresh rosemary, and a drizzle of Honey.
  7. Arrange Pecan halves on top.
  8. In a small bowl, whisk together Egg yolk and Milk to create Egg Wash.
  9. Brush edges of pastry with Egg Wash.
  10. Bake for 15-18 minutes, or until golden brown and Brie is melted.
