Instructions
- Peel Bananas and cut into 1-inch thick slices.
- Make a small slit in each banana slice and fill with approximately 1 teaspoon of Peanut Butter Filling.
- Prepare three shallow dishes: one with Flour, one with beaten Egg, and one with Breadcrumbs.
- Dredge each filled banana slice in Flour, then dip in Egg, and finally coat with Breadcrumbs, ensuring it's fully covered.
- Heat Vegetable Oil in a frying pan over medium heat.
- Carefully place the coated banana bites into the hot oil and fry for 2-3 minutes per side, or until golden brown and crispy.
- Remove from the pan and place on a paper towel-lined plate to drain excess oil.
- Serve immediately.
