Instructions

  1. Peel Bananas and cut into 1-inch thick slices.
  2. Make a small slit in each banana slice and fill with approximately 1 teaspoon of Peanut Butter Filling.
  3. Prepare three shallow dishes: one with Flour, one with beaten Egg, and one with Breadcrumbs.
  4. Dredge each filled banana slice in Flour, then dip in Egg, and finally coat with Breadcrumbs, ensuring it's fully covered.
  5. Heat Vegetable Oil in a frying pan over medium heat.
  6. Carefully place the coated banana bites into the hot oil and fry for 2-3 minutes per side, or until golden brown and crispy.
  7. Remove from the pan and place on a paper towel-lined plate to drain excess oil.
