A simple and comforting side dish featuring tender cabbage fried with savory bacon.
Instructions
- Cook Bacon in a large skillet over medium heat until crispy. Remove bacon with a slotted spoon and set aside, leaving bacon grease in the skillet.
- Add Vegetable Oil to the bacon grease in the skillet. Add diced Onion and cook until softened, about 5 minutes.
- Add shredded Cabbage to the skillet and cook, stirring occasionally, until tender-crisp, about 15-20 minutes.
- Return cooked Bacon to the skillet. Season with Salt and Black Pepper. Stir to combine and serve immediately.
