1 lb Pizza dough-store bought
1 tbsp Olive oil
2 Yellow onions-thinly sliced
2 tbsp Olive oil
1 tbsp Balsamic vinegar

A rustic and comforting flatbread featuring sweet caramelized onions, ripe figs, and a touch of balsamic glaze.
Instructions
  1. Preheat oven to 450°F (232°C).
  2. Prepare the Caramelized Onions: Heat Olive oil in a large skillet over medium heat. Add Yellow onions and cook, stirring occasionally, for 30-40 minutes, or until deeply golden brown and caramelized. Stir in Balsamic vinegar, Brown sugar, Salt, and Black pepper during the last 5 minutes of cooking.
  3. Stretch or roll out the Pizza dough to a large rectangle on a lightly oiled baking sheet.
  4. Brush the Flatbread Dough with Olive oil.
  5. Spread the Caramelized Onions evenly over the dough.
  6. Arrange the Fig quarters and Goat cheese over the onions.
  7. Bake for 12-15 minutes, or until the crust is golden brown and the cheese is melted and bubbly.
  8. Drizzle with Balsamic glaze and sprinkle with Fresh thyme leaves before serving.
