- 5. Emulsify browned butter, sugar, yolks, vanilla, and 2 tbsp bourbon.
- 6. Fold wet into dry; avoid overmixing to maintain crumb.
- 7. Incorporate persimmon and pecans.
- 8. Bake 45-50 mins.
- 9. Cool in pan.
- 10. Whisk glaze and finish cake.
