Instructions
  1. Preheat oven to 375°F (190°C).
  2. In a large skillet, brown the Ground Beef and Ground Pork over medium-high heat. Drain off any excess grease.
  3. Add the Onion, Carrots, and Celery to the skillet and cook until softened, about 5-7 minutes.
  4. Stir in the Flour and cook for 1 minute.
  5. Gradually whisk in the Beef Broth, Tomato Paste, Worcestershire Sauce, and Thyme. Bring to a simmer and cook until thickened, about 5-10 minutes.
  6. Stir in the Frozen Peas. Season with Salt and Pepper to taste.
  7. Pour the meat mixture into a 9-inch pie dish.
  8. Top with the Pie Crusts, crimping the edges to seal.
  9. Cut slits in the top crust to allow steam to escape.
  10. Bake for 30-40 minutes, or until the crust is golden brown and the filling is bubbly.
