1 cup Hot Cheetos-crushed
1/2 cup All-Purpose Flour
1 Egg-beaten
1 tsp Garlic Powder

Instructions

  1. In a bowl, combine all Seasoning ingredients.
  2. Dredge Shrimp in Flour, then dip in Egg, and finally coat thoroughly with crushed Hot Cheetos.
  3. Heat Vegetable Oil in a large skillet over medium-high heat.
  4. Carefully add the coated Shrimp to the hot oil in a single layer. Do not overcrowd the pan.
  5. Fry for 2-3 minutes per side, or until golden brown and cooked through.
  6. Remove Shrimp from oil and place on a paper towel-lined plate to drain excess oil.
  7. Serve immediately.
