Instructions
- Preheat oven to 425°F (220°C). Line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
- Make the Fathead Dough: In a microwave-safe bowl, combine shredded mozzarella and cream cheese. Microwave in 30-second intervals, stirring in between, until melted and smooth.
- Whisk the egg in a separate small bowl. Gradually add the melted cheese mixture to the egg, stirring constantly until well combined. Stir in almond flour, garlic powder, dried oregano, and salt until a dough forms.
- Turn the dough out onto the prepared baking sheet. Place another piece of parchment paper on top and press the dough out into a thin, even circle or rectangle, about 1/4 inch thick.
- Remove the top parchment paper. Poke holes in the dough with a fork to prevent bubbling.
- Bake the crust for 8-10 minutes, or until lightly golden brown.
- Remove the crust from the oven. Spread the pizza sauce evenly over the pre-baked crust, leaving a small border for the crust.
- Sprinkle with shredded mozzarella cheese, then arrange the pepperoni slices and black olives on top.
- Return the pizza to the oven and bake for another 6-8 minutes, or until the cheese is melted and bubbly and the toppings are heated through.
- Let cool slightly before slicing and serving.
