  1. Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C). Grease and flour a 9-inch springform pan.
  2. In a bowl, whisk together Almond Flour, All-Purpose Flour, Sugar, Baking Powder, and Salt.
  3. Cream together softened Butter and Sugar until light and fluffy.
  4. Beat in Eggs one at a time, then stir in Meyer Lemon Juice, Meyer Lemon Zest, and Almond Extract.
  5. Gradually add the dry ingredients to the wet ingredients, mixing until just combined.
  6. Pour batter into the prepared springform pan and bake for 35-40 minutes, or until a toothpick inserted into the center comes out clean.
  7. Let the cake cool in the pan for 10 minutes before inverting onto a wire rack to cool completely.
  8. Prepare Lemon Curd (see separate recipe).
  9. Once the cake is completely cool, drizzle with Lemon Curd Glaze.
