Instructions
🎙️ Cook with voice coach- Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C). Grease and flour a 9x13 inch baking pan.
- In a large bowl, whisk together the Cake ingredients: Cake Flour, Sugar, Baking Powder, Baking Soda, and Salt.
- In a separate bowl, whisk together Lemonade, melted Butter, Buttermilk, Eggs, Lemon Zest, and Vanilla Extract.
- Add the wet ingredients to the dry ingredients and beat until just combined. Do not overmix.
- Pour batter into the prepared pan and bake for 30-35 minutes, or until a toothpick inserted into the center comes out clean.
- While the cake is baking, prepare the Lemon Glaze. In a small bowl, whisk together Powdered Sugar, Lemon Juice, and Lemon Zest until smooth. Add more lemon juice if needed to reach desired consistency.
- Let the cake cool completely before drizzling with Lemon Glaze.
