1/2 cup Prepared Liver Spread
1 Yellow Onion-thinly sliced
1 tbsp Butter
1/4 tsp Brown Sugar

Instructions
  1. Prepare Caramelized Onions: Melt Butter in a skillet over medium heat. Add Yellow Onion and cook, stirring occasionally, for 20-25 minutes, or until deeply golden brown and caramelized. Stir in Brown Sugar during the last 5 minutes.
  2. Spread Dijon Mustard evenly on two slices of Sourdough Bread.
  3. Spread Liver Spread evenly on the other two slices of Sourdough Bread.
  4. Layer Arugula and Caramelized Onions on top of the Liver Spread.
  5. Close the sandwiches with the Dijon Mustard-covered bread slices.
  6. Cut in half and serve immediately.
