Instructions
🎙️ Cook with voice coach- Preheat oven to 400°F (200°C).
- Remove stems from Mushrooms and gently scrape out some of the gills to create more space for filling.
- Sauté Shallot in a small pan with Olive Oil until softened. Let cool.
- In a medium bowl, combine all Filling ingredients, including the sautéed Shallot, until well blended.
- Stuff each Mushroom cap generously with the Filling mixture.
- Bake Mushrooms for 15 minutes.
- While Mushrooms bake, crisp Prosciutto in a dry skillet until golden and brittle. Crumble.
- Sprinkle crumbled Prosciutto over the stuffed Mushrooms.
- Return to oven and bake for another 10-15 minutes, or until golden brown and bubbly.
