  1. Place Potatoes in a large pot and cover with cold water. Bring to a boil and cook until tender, about 15-20 minutes.
  2. Drain Potatoes and return them to the pot.
  3. Add Dairy & Fat to the pot. Mash with a potato masher until smooth.
  4. Stir in Seasoning. Adjust salt and pepper to taste.
  5. Serve immediately.
