Russet Potatoes-peeled and quartered
1/2 cup
Milk-whole
4 tbsp
Butter-unsalted
1 tsp
Salt
1/2 tsp
Black Pepper-ground
A simple, comforting side dish of fluffy mashed potatoes made with butter, milk, and seasonings.
Instructions
- Place Potatoes in a large pot and cover with cold water. Bring to a boil and cook until tender, about 15-20 minutes.
- Drain Potatoes and return them to the pot.
- Add Dairy & Fat to the pot. Mash with a potato masher until smooth.
- Stir in Seasoning. Adjust salt and pepper to taste.
- Serve immediately.
