Million Dollar Cookie Bars
A richer, more flavorful version of the classic cookie bars, using browned butter and a touch of sea salt.

A richer, more flavorful version of the classic cookie bars, using browned butter and a touch of sea salt.
Instructions
- Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C). Grease and flour a 9x13 inch baking pan.
- Brown the butter in a saucepan over medium heat, cooking until golden brown and fragrant. Let cool slightly.
- In a medium bowl, whisk together all Dry Ingredients.
- In a large bowl, cream together the browned butter and brown sugar until light and fluffy.
- Beat in the eggs one at a time, then stir in the vanilla extract.
- Gradually add the Dry Ingredients to the Wet Ingredients, mixing until just combined.
- Stir in the chocolate chips, butterscotch chips, and pecans.
- Pour batter into the prepared pan and spread evenly. Sprinkle with flaky sea salt.
- Bake for 22-27 minutes, or until golden brown. Let cool completely before cutting into bars.
