
Million Dollar Dip With Cream Cheese

1/2 cup
Crème Fraîche
2 tbsp
Mayonnaise-homemade or high-quality
6 ounces
Bacon-applewood smoked, thick-cut, cooked and crumbled
1/4 cup

A luxurious dip featuring smoked bacon, artisanal cheeses, and a hint of truffle oil for an unforgettable flavor experience.
Instructions
- In a medium bowl, combine all Base ingredients and whip until light and fluffy.
- Sauté minced Garlic in a small pan with a drizzle of olive oil until fragrant, about 30 seconds. Let cool.
- Add all Flavor ingredients, including the cooled Garlic, to the bowl and gently fold to combine.
- Finish with Truffle Oil and stir gently.
- Cover and refrigerate for at least 2 hours to allow flavors to meld.
- Serve with artisanal crackers, crudités, or toasted baguette slices.
