Instructions
Marinate the Chicken in Paprika, Garlic powder, Black pepper, Cayenne pepper, and Salt for at least 30 minutes.
Prepare the Breading by combining All-purpose flour, Cornstarch, Baking powder, Salt, and Black pepper in a bowl.
Dredge the marinated Chicken in the Breading, ensuring it's fully coated.
Prepare the Biscuits: Combine All-purpose flour, Baking powder, and Salt. Cut in cold butter until crumbly. Gradually add Buttermilk until a dough forms. Gently pat dough to 1 inch thickness and cut out biscuits.
Fry the Chicken in Vegetable oil at 350°F (175°C) for 6-8 minutes per side, or until golden brown and cooked through.
Bake the Biscuits at 400°F (200°C) for 12-15 minutes, or until golden brown.
Make the Sauce by combining Mayonnaise, Dijon mustard, and Pickle relish.
Assemble the biscuits: Split the biscuits, spread with Sauce, and add a piece of fried Chicken.
