Cultured Buttermilk

Instructions
- Place the drained Cottage Cheese and Cultured Buttermilk into a food processor.
- Process until smooth and whipped, about 2-3 minutes. Scrape down the sides as needed.
- Transfer the whipped cottage cheese to a medium bowl.
- Gently fold in all Herb Blend ingredients.
- Add all Seasoning ingredients and mix until well combined.
- Stir in the Finishing ingredient.
- Chill for at least 1 hour to allow flavors to meld. Serve with crudités or artisan crackers.
