Instructions
- Prepare the Chocolate Sauce: In a saucepan over low heat, combine all Chocolate Sauce ingredients. Stir constantly until melted and smooth. Ensure the espresso powder is fully dissolved.
- Assemble the dessert: Place a Belgian waffle piece in each serving dish.
- Add a scoop of Vanilla Bean Ice Cream on top of each waffle piece.
- Generously pour the warm Chocolate Sauce over the ice cream.
- Garnish with Freshly Whipped Cream and a Luxardo maraschino cherry.
