A simplified, home-cook friendly version of Red Lobster's classic Crab Linguini Alfredo. This recipe uses readily available ingredients and straightforward techniques to deliver a creamy, flavorful pasta dish.
Instructions
- Cook Pasta according to package directions. Reserve 1 cup of pasta water before draining.
- While pasta is cooking, prepare the Sauce. In a large skillet, melt Butter over medium heat. Add Garlic and cook for 1 minute, until fragrant.
- Pour in Heavy Cream and bring to a simmer. Reduce heat to low and stir in Parmesan Cheese, Black Pepper, Nutmeg, and Salt. Cook for 5 minutes, stirring occasionally, until the sauce has thickened slightly.
- Add the drained Pasta and flaked Crab Meat to the Sauce. Toss to coat, adding reserved pasta water as needed to achieve desired consistency.
- Serve immediately, garnished with Fresh Parsley.
