Red Lobster Seaside Sampler
An upscale version of the Seaside Sampler, featuring lobster-infused shrimp, pan-seared halibut, and hand-cut fries with a truffle aioli.

An upscale version of the Seaside Sampler, featuring lobster-infused shrimp, pan-seared halibut, and hand-cut fries with a truffle aioli.
Instructions
- Lobster Shrimp: Melt Lobster Butter in a pan. Add Sherry and reduce by half. Add Shrimp and cook until pink and opaque. Toss with Panko and Chives.
- Halibut: Season Halibut with Salt, Pepper, and Lemon Juice. Heat Olive Oil in a pan and sear Halibut for 3-4 minutes per side, until cooked through.
- Clams: Combine Clam Strips ingredients. Dredge clam strips in flour mixture.
- Fries: Fry hand-cut fries twice – once at 325°F (160°C) for 5 minutes, then again at 375°F (190°C) for 2-3 minutes, until golden and crispy.
- Truffle Aioli: Whisk together Mayonnaise, Truffle Oil, and Lemon Juice.
- Assemble: Serve Lobster Shrimp, seared Halibut, and fried Clam Strips with hand-cut Fries and Truffle Aioli.
