- Prepare Shrimp Breading: Combine Shrimp Breading ingredients in a separate bowl.
- Prepare Fish & Clams Breading: Combine Fish & Clams Breading ingredients in a separate bowl.
- Breading Shrimp: Dredge marinated shrimp in Shrimp Breading, ensuring even coating.
- Breading Fish & Clams: Dredge fish and clam strips in Fish & Clams Breading, ensuring even coating.
- Fry Shrimp: Heat oil in a deep fryer or large pot to 350°F (175°C). Fry shrimp in batches for 2-3 minutes, until golden brown and cooked through. Drain on paper towels.
- Fry Fish & Clams: Fry fish and clam strips in batches for 3-4 minutes, until golden brown and cooked through. Drain on paper towels.
- Cook Fries: Bake or fry French Fries according to package directions.
