  2. Prepare Shrimp Breading: Combine Shrimp Breading ingredients in a separate bowl.
  3. Prepare Fish & Clams Breading: Combine Fish & Clams Breading ingredients in a separate bowl.
  4. Breading Shrimp: Dredge marinated shrimp in Shrimp Breading, ensuring even coating.
  5. Breading Fish & Clams: Dredge fish and clam strips in Fish & Clams Breading, ensuring even coating.
  6. Fry Shrimp: Heat oil in a deep fryer or large pot to 350°F (175°C). Fry shrimp in batches for 2-3 minutes, until golden brown and cooked through. Drain on paper towels.
