Instructions

  1. Cook Pasta according to package directions. Reserve 1 cup of pasta water before draining.
  2. While pasta cooks, season Shrimp with Olive Oil, Garlic Powder, Paprika, Salt, and Pepper. Sauté Shrimp in a large skillet over medium-high heat for 3-5 minutes per side, or until pink and cooked through. Set aside.
  3. In the same skillet, melt Butter over medium heat. Add Garlic from the Sauce ingredients and sauté for 1 minute until fragrant.
  4. Pour in Heavy Cream from the Sauce ingredients and bring to a simmer. Reduce heat to low and stir in Parmesan Cheese and Nutmeg. Season with Salt and Pepper to taste.
  5. Add cooked Pasta to the Sauce and toss to coat. If the sauce is too thick, add a little of the reserved pasta water until desired consistency is reached.
  6. Add cooked Shrimp to the pasta and toss gently to combine.
  7. Garnish with Parsley and serve immediately.
