
Red Lobster Shrimp Linguini Alfredo
A classic, creamy shrimp Alfredo pasta dish, simplified for the home cook. This version uses readily available ingredients to recreate the Red Lobster favorite.

Large Shrimp-peeled and deveined

Olive Oil

Garlic Powder

A classic, creamy shrimp Alfredo pasta dish, simplified for the home cook. This version uses readily available ingredients to recreate the Red Lobster favorite.
Instructions
- Cook Pasta according to package directions. Reserve 1 cup of pasta water before draining.
- While pasta cooks, season Shrimp with Olive Oil, Garlic Powder, Paprika, Salt, and Pepper. Sauté Shrimp in a large skillet over medium-high heat for 3-5 minutes per side, or until pink and cooked through. Set aside.
- In the same skillet, melt Butter over medium heat. Add Garlic from the Sauce ingredients and sauté for 1 minute until fragrant.
- Pour in Heavy Cream from the Sauce ingredients and bring to a simmer. Reduce heat to low and stir in Parmesan Cheese and Nutmeg. Season with Salt and Pepper to taste.
- Add cooked Pasta to the Sauce and toss to coat. If the sauce is too thick, add a little of the reserved pasta water until desired consistency is reached.
- Add cooked Shrimp to the pasta and toss gently to combine.
- Garnish with Parsley and serve immediately.
