Instructions
  1. Preheat oven to 400°F (200°C).
  2. In a large bowl, combine all Potatoes ingredients.
  3. In a separate small bowl, combine all Seasoning ingredients.
  4. Drizzle the Seasoning mixture over the potatoes, tossing to coat evenly.
  5. Spread the potatoes in a single layer on a baking sheet.
  6. Roast for 30-35 minutes, or until potatoes are tender and golden brown, flipping halfway through.
  7. Serve immediately.
