Salmon Loaf
A slightly more refined salmon loaf featuring fresh herbs and a creamy dill sauce. It's still easy to make but offers a more complex flavor.

A slightly more refined salmon loaf featuring fresh herbs and a creamy dill sauce. It's still easy to make but offers a more complex flavor.
Instructions
- Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C). Grease a loaf pan.
- In a large bowl, combine all Salmon, Binder, and Flavor ingredients. Mix well.
- Press the mixture into the prepared loaf pan.
- In a small bowl, whisk together all Glaze ingredients. Spread evenly over the top of the loaf.
- Bake for 50-55 minutes, or until the loaf is firm and the glaze is bubbly.
- While the loaf is baking, prepare the Dill Sauce: In a small bowl, combine all Dill Sauce ingredients. Mix well and refrigerate until serving.
- Let the loaf cool for 10 minutes before slicing and serving with the Dill Sauce.
