1/4 cup Heavy Cream
1/4 cup Onion-finely chopped

Instructions
  1. Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C). Grease a loaf pan.
  2. In a large bowl, combine all Salmon, Binder, and Flavor ingredients. Mix well.
  3. Press the mixture into the prepared loaf pan.
  4. In a small bowl, whisk together all Glaze ingredients. Spread evenly over the top of the loaf.
  5. Bake for 50-55 minutes, or until the loaf is firm and the glaze is bubbly.
  6. While the loaf is baking, prepare the Dill Sauce: In a small bowl, combine all Dill Sauce ingredients. Mix well and refrigerate until serving.
  7. Let the loaf cool for 10 minutes before slicing and serving with the Dill Sauce.
