Sausage Rolls
A comforting and easy-to-make sausage roll, perfect for a snack or light meal. Uses readily available ingredients and simple techniques.

Ground Pork

Small Onion-finely chopped

A comforting and easy-to-make sausage roll, perfect for a snack or light meal. Uses readily available ingredients and simple techniques.
Instructions
- Preheat oven to 400°F (200°C). Line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
- In a bowl, combine all Filling ingredients and mix well.
- Unfold the Puff Pastry on a lightly floured surface. Cut the pastry in half lengthwise.
- Divide the Filling evenly between the two pastry halves, forming a log along the center of each half.
- Fold the pastry over the Filling, sealing the edges with a fork.
- Cut each roll into 6 equal pieces.
- Whisk together Egg Wash ingredients and brush over the sausage rolls.
- Bake for 20-25 minutes, or until golden brown.
