Sheet Pan Salmon With Vegetables

A slightly more refined sheet pan dinner with flavorful potatoes and tender asparagus alongside perfectly roasted salmon.
Instructions
- Preheat oven to 400°F (200°C). Line a large baking sheet with parchment paper.
- In a bowl, toss Baby potatoes with 1 tbsp Olive oil, salt, and pepper.
- In a small bowl, whisk together remaining Marinade ingredients.
- Place Potatoes on one side of the baking sheet, Asparagus on the other, and Salmon in the center. Drizzle Salmon and Asparagus with Marinade.
- Roast for 15-20 minutes, or until salmon is cooked through, potatoes are tender, and asparagus is tender-crisp.
