Instructions

  1. Season Pork Chops with Seasoning ingredients.
  2. Dredge Pork Chops in Coating, ensuring they are fully coated.
  3. Heat Vegetable Oil in a large skillet over medium-high heat.
  4. Sear Pork Chops for 3-4 minutes per side, until browned.
  5. Remove Pork Chops from skillet and set aside.
  6. Add Onion to the skillet and cook until softened, about 5 minutes.
  7. Add Garlic and cook for 1 minute more.
  8. Pour in Beef Broth and Worcestershire Sauce, scraping up any browned bits from the bottom of the skillet.
  9. Add Dried Thyme and bring to a simmer.
  10. Return Pork Chops to the skillet.
  11. Reduce heat to low, cover, and simmer for 20-25 minutes, or until Pork Chops are cooked through and tender.
  12. Serve with your favorite sides.
