🎙️ Cook with voice coach- Preheat oven to 375°F (190°C). Grease an 8-inch square baking dish.
- First, make the brown butter: melt 6 tablespoons of butter in a light-colored saucepan over medium heat. Cook, swirling occasionally, until the butter foams, then browns, and has a nutty aroma (about 5-7 minutes). Remove from heat and let cool completely.
- In a large bowl, whisk together all Base ingredients.
- In a separate bowl, whisk together the Heavy cream, Eggs, and cooled Brown butter until well blended.
- Add the wet ingredients to the dry ingredients and stir until just combined. Do not overmix.
- Gently fold in the Corn kernels, Parmesan cheese, Smoked paprika, and Cayenne pepper (if using).
- Pour the batter into the prepared baking dish and bake for 40-45 minutes, or until a toothpick inserted into the center comes out clean and the top is golden brown.
- Let cool slightly before serving.
