1/3 cup Whole Wheat Flour
1 Egg

Instructions

  1. Prepare the Chipotle Aioli: Combine all Chipotle Aioli ingredients in a small bowl and mix well. Set aside.
  2. Mash the Sweet Potato Base sweet potato fries in a large bowl, leaving some texture.
  3. Add the Whole Wheat Flour, Egg, Buttermilk, Smoked Paprika, Cumin, Cayenne Pepper, Salt, and Black Pepper to the mashed sweet potatoes.
  4. Mix well until everything is combined.
  5. Heat the Olive Oil in a large skillet over medium heat.
  6. Form the sweet potato mixture into small patties.
  7. Fry the patties for 3-4 minutes per side, or until golden brown and crispy.
  8. Serve immediately with the Chipotle Aioli.
