
Taco Bell Mexican Pizza
A simplified, home-friendly version of the classic Taco Bell Mexican Pizza, using readily available ingredients.

Taco Seasoning
1 cup
Tomato Sauce
1 tsp
Chili Powder
1/2 tsp

A simplified, home-friendly version of the classic Taco Bell Mexican Pizza, using readily available ingredients.
Instructions
- Brown Ground Beef in a skillet over medium heat. Drain off any excess grease and stir in Taco Seasoning. Set aside.
- In a small bowl, combine all Pizza Sauce ingredients. Set aside.
- Warm Refried Beans in a saucepan over low heat.
- Lightly toast Tortillas in a dry skillet or microwave until pliable.
- To assemble: Spread a thin layer of Refried Beans on 4 tortillas. Top with half of the seasoned Ground Beef, then drizzle with Pizza Sauce. Sprinkle with 1 cup of Cheddar Cheese.
- Top with the remaining 4 tortillas. Sprinkle with the remaining Cheddar Cheese.
- Bake in a preheated oven at 350°F (175°C) for 10-15 minutes, or until cheese is melted and bubbly.
- Top with Diced Tomatoes, Sliced Black Olives, and Sour Cream before serving.
