
Tandoori Chicken Sliders With Slaw

Boneless, skinless chicken thighs
1/2 cup
Plain yogurt
2 tbsp
Lemon juice

Ginger-garlic paste

Classic Tandoori Chicken flavor in a convenient slider format, paired with a simple, refreshing slaw.
Instructions
- In a bowl, combine all Marinade ingredients. Add chicken thighs and marinate for at least 30 minutes, or preferably overnight.
- Preheat oven to 400°F (200°C).
- Arrange marinated chicken on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper.
- Bake for 20-25 minutes, or until chicken is cooked through and slightly charred.
- While chicken is baking, prepare the Slaw. In a bowl, combine all Slaw ingredients and mix well.
- Slice the baked chicken into smaller pieces to fit the slider buns.
- Assemble sliders: Place chicken on slider buns and top with Slaw. Serve immediately.
