Instructions

  1. In a bowl, combine all Marinade ingredients. Add chicken thighs and marinate for at least 30 minutes, or preferably overnight.
  2. Preheat oven to 400°F (200°C).
  3. Arrange marinated chicken on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper.
  4. Bake for 20-25 minutes, or until chicken is cooked through and slightly charred.
  5. While chicken is baking, prepare the Slaw. In a bowl, combine all Slaw ingredients and mix well.
  6. Slice the baked chicken into smaller pieces to fit the slider buns.
  7. Assemble sliders: Place chicken on slider buns and top with Slaw. Serve immediately.
