Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C).
In a large bowl, toss the Raw Peanuts with the Vegetable Oil until evenly coated.
In a small bowl, combine the Garlic Powder, Onion Powder, Cayenne Pepper, Smoked Paprika, Salt, and Black Pepper. This is your Seasoning.
Sprinkle the Seasoning over the peanuts and toss to coat thoroughly.
Spread the seasoned peanuts in a single layer on a baking sheet.
Bake for 15-20 minutes, stirring halfway through, until golden brown and fragrant. Watch carefully to prevent burning.
Let cool completely before serving.
