Instructions
- Prepare the Chicken: Cut chicken tenderloins into bite-sized pieces.
- Prepare the Breading: In a shallow dish, combine all Breading ingredients.
- Prepare the Wet Batter: In a separate shallow dish, whisk together the egg and milk.
- Prepare the Dipping Sauce: In a small bowl, combine all Dipping Sauce ingredients and mix well.
- Coat the Chicken: Dip each chicken piece into the Wet Batter, then dredge in the Breading, ensuring it's fully coated.
- Fry the Chicken: Heat vegetable oil in a large skillet over medium-high heat. Carefully add the coated chicken pieces in batches, ensuring not to overcrowd the pan.
- Fry for 3-4 minutes per side, or until golden brown and cooked through. Remove and place on a paper towel-lined plate to drain excess oil.
- Serve immediately with the Dipping Sauce.
