Instructions
- In a large bowl, combine all Meatballs ingredients and mix gently until just combined. Do not overmix.
- Roll the mixture into approximately 1-inch meatballs.
- In a separate saucepan, combine all Sauce ingredients. Bring to a simmer over medium heat, stirring until the sugar is dissolved.
- Add the meatballs to the simmering sauce. Reduce heat to low, cover, and cook for 30-40 minutes, or until the meatballs are cooked through and the sauce has thickened.
- Serve hot over rice or mashed potatoes.
