Instructions
🎙️ Cook with voice coach- Bring a large pot of salted water to a boil and cook the Pasta ingredients according to package directions until al dente.
- While the pasta cooks, season the Shrimp ingredients with salt and pepper.
- In a large skillet over medium-high heat, melt half of the butter from the Sauce ingredients. Add the seasoned Shrimp and cook for 2 minutes per side until pink and opaque. Remove shrimp from the pan and set aside.
- In the same skillet, melt the remaining butter from the Sauce ingredients. Add the Garlic-minced and sauté for 1 minute until fragrant.
- Stir the Lemon juice and Fresh parsley-chopped into the skillet, then return the cooked shrimp to the pan.
- Drain the pasta, reserving a small amount of water, and toss the cooked Pasta ingredients directly into the skillet with the Sauce ingredients until well coated. Serve immediately.
