🎙️ Cook with voice coach- Pat the Salmon ingredients dry with paper towels and season both sides with salt and pepper.
- Heat the olive oil in a large skillet over medium-high heat. Add the salmon fillets and cook for 4 to 5 minutes per side until golden brown and cooked through.
- Remove the salmon from the pan and set aside on a plate.
- In the same skillet, lower the heat to medium and add the Sauce ingredients starting with the butter and minced garlic.
- Sauté the garlic for 1 minute until fragrant, then whisk in the lemon juice and chopped parsley.
- Pour the completed sauce over the cooked salmon fillets and serve immediately.
