15-Minute Salmon With Lemon Butter Sauce

  1. Pat the Salmon ingredients dry with paper towels and season both sides with salt and pepper.
  2. Heat the olive oil in a large skillet over medium-high heat. Add the salmon fillets and cook for 4 to 5 minutes per side until golden brown and cooked through.
  3. Remove the salmon from the pan and set aside on a plate.
  4. In the same skillet, lower the heat to medium and add the Sauce ingredients starting with the butter and minced garlic.
  5. Sauté the garlic for 1 minute until fragrant, then whisk in the lemon juice and chopped parsley.
  6. Pour the completed sauce over the cooked salmon fillets and serve immediately.
