🎙️ Cook with voice coach- Place the cut Potatoes in a large bowl and cover with cold water. Allow them to soak for 15 minutes to remove excess starch, which helps with crispiness.
- Drain the potatoes and pat them thoroughly dry with a clean kitchen towel or paper towels. Moisture is the enemy of a crisp fry.
- In a dry bowl, combine the dried potatoes with all Seasoning ingredients. Toss until every potato stick is evenly coated in oil and salt.
- Preheat your air fryer to 380°F (193°C).
- Place the seasoned potatoes in the air fryer basket in a single layer. You may need to work in batches to avoid overcrowding.
- Cook for 15 to 20 minutes, shaking the basket every 5 minutes, until the fries are golden brown and crispy.
- Remove from the air fryer and serve immediately while hot.
