🎙️ Cook with voice coach- Heat the Olive oil from the Base group in a medium skillet over medium-high heat.
- Add the remaining Base ingredients (onion and garlic) and sauté for 3 minutes until the onion is translucent.
- Stir in all ingredients from the Sauce group. Bring to a simmer and cook for 5 minutes, stirring occasionally to allow flavors to meld.
- Use a spoon to create four small wells in the sauce. Crack the Eggs and Garnish group eggs into each well.
- Reduce heat to medium-low, cover the skillet with a lid, and cook for 5 to 7 minutes until the egg whites are set but the yolks remain runny.
- Remove from heat and sprinkle the remaining Eggs and Garnish ingredients (feta and parsley) over the top before serving.
