Quick Shakshuka (Under 20 Minutes)

  1. Heat the Olive oil from the Base group in a medium skillet over medium-high heat.
  2. Add the remaining Base ingredients (onion and garlic) and sauté for 3 minutes until the onion is translucent.
  3. Stir in all ingredients from the Sauce group. Bring to a simmer and cook for 5 minutes, stirring occasionally to allow flavors to meld.
  4. Use a spoon to create four small wells in the sauce. Crack the Eggs and Garnish group eggs into each well.
  5. Reduce heat to medium-low, cover the skillet with a lid, and cook for 5 to 7 minutes until the egg whites are set but the yolks remain runny.
  6. Remove from heat and sprinkle the remaining Eggs and Garnish ingredients (feta and parsley) over the top before serving.
