Chicken Broccoli Rice Casserole
A comforting and easy-to-make casserole featuring tender chicken, broccoli, and rice in a creamy sauce, topped with a crunchy cheddar cheese topping.

A comforting and easy-to-make casserole featuring tender chicken, broccoli, and rice in a creamy sauce, topped with a crunchy cheddar cheese topping.
Instructions
- Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C). Grease a 9x13 inch baking dish.
- In a large saucepan, melt Butter over medium heat. Whisk in Flour and cook for 1-2 minutes to create a roux.
- Gradually whisk in Milk until smooth. Bring to a simmer, stirring constantly. Cook until thickened, about 5-7 minutes.
- Stir in Salt and Pepper into the Sauce.
- In the prepared baking dish, combine Cooked Chicken, Frozen Broccoli, Cooked Rice, and Sauce. Mix well.
- In a small bowl, combine Shredded Cheddar Cheese and Bread Crumbs. Sprinkle evenly over the casserole.
- Bake for 20-25 minutes, or until bubbly and golden brown.
