  1. Preheat oven to 375°F (190°C).
  2. Cook the Pasta according to package directions. Drain and set aside.
  3. Prepare the Sauce: Heat Olive oil in a large saucepan over medium heat. Add Garlic and cook for 1 minute until fragrant. Stir in Crushed tomatoes, Tomato paste, Oregano, Basil, Red pepper flakes, Sugar, Salt, and Pepper. Bring to a simmer and cook for 15 minutes, stirring occasionally.
  4. Prepare the Cheese Filling: In a medium bowl, combine Ricotta cheese, Parmesan cheese, Egg, and Parsley. Mix well.
  5. Combine the cooked Pasta with the Sauce.
  6. In a 9x13 inch baking dish, spread a thin layer of Sauce. Add half of the Pasta mixture, then spread the Cheese Filling evenly over the Pasta. Top with the remaining Pasta and Sauce.
  7. Sprinkle with Mozzarella cheese.
  8. Bake for 20-25 minutes, or until bubbly and golden brown.
