🎙️ Cook with voice coach- Prepare the Onion Rings: In a large bowl, whisk together the Flour, Baking Powder, Garlic Powder, Paprika, Cayenne Pepper, Salt, and Pepper.
- Gradually whisk in the cold Beer until a smooth batter forms. Let the batter rest for 15 minutes.
- Heat Vegetable Oil in a large, heavy-bottomed pot or deep fryer to 350°F (175°C).
- Dip each Onion Ring into the batter, ensuring it's fully coated. Carefully lower the battered onion rings into the hot oil, frying in batches to avoid overcrowding.
- Fry for 2-3 minutes per batch, until golden brown and crispy. Remove with a slotted spoon and drain on paper towels.
- Prepare the Campfire Mayo: In a small bowl, combine all Campfire Mayo ingredients and mix well. Refrigerate until ready to serve.
- To assemble the tower, layer the fried Onion Rings, alternating with dollops of Campfire Mayo. Serve immediately.
