  1. Prepare the Onion Rings: In a large bowl, whisk together the Flour, Baking Powder, Garlic Powder, Paprika, Cayenne Pepper, Salt, and Pepper.
  2. Gradually whisk in the cold Beer until a smooth batter forms. Let the batter rest for 15 minutes.
  3. Heat Vegetable Oil in a large, heavy-bottomed pot or deep fryer to 350°F (175°C).
  4. Dip each Onion Ring into the batter, ensuring it's fully coated. Carefully lower the battered onion rings into the hot oil, frying in batches to avoid overcrowding.
  5. Fry for 2-3 minutes per batch, until golden brown and crispy. Remove with a slotted spoon and drain on paper towels.
  6. Prepare the Campfire Mayo: In a small bowl, combine all Campfire Mayo ingredients and mix well. Refrigerate until ready to serve.
  7. To assemble the tower, layer the fried Onion Rings, alternating with dollops of Campfire Mayo. Serve immediately.
