  1. Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C).
  2. Boil or steam Sweet Potato Filling sweet potatoes until tender, about 15-20 minutes. Drain well.
  3. In a large bowl, mash the cooked sweet potatoes. Add Granulated Sugar, melted Butter, Milk, Vanilla Extract, and Ground Cinnamon. Mix until smooth.
  4. Pour the sweet potato mixture into a greased 8x8 inch baking dish.
  5. In a separate bowl, combine Pecan Streusel Topping Pecan Halves, All-Purpose Flour, and Brown Sugar. Cut in the cold Butter using a pastry blender or your fingers until the mixture resembles coarse crumbs.
  6. Sprinkle the pecan streusel evenly over the sweet potato filling.
  7. Bake for 30-35 minutes, or until the topping is golden brown and the filling is bubbly.
  8. Let cool slightly before serving.
