  1. Season Chicken with Salt and Pepper.
  2. In a large pot or Dutch oven, melt Butter over medium heat. Add Onion and Celery and cook until softened, about 5 minutes.
  3. Add Garlic and cook for 1 minute more.
  4. Add Potatoes and Chicken broth. Bring to a boil, then reduce heat and simmer until Potatoes are tender, about 15 minutes.
  5. Add Chicken and Corn. Continue to simmer until Chicken is cooked through, about 10-15 minutes.
  6. In a small bowl, whisk together Heavy cream and Flour until smooth. Gradually whisk into the chowder.
  7. Bring to a gentle simmer and cook until thickened, about 5 minutes. Stir in Thyme and Paprika.
  8. Serve hot.
