Flamin’ Hot Cheese Burrito Logs

Cheese Filling
1 1/2 cups 170 g Shredded cheddar cheese
1/2 cup 57 g Shredded Monterey Jack cheese
1/4 cup 28 g Diced pickled jalapeños
Flamin’ Hot Seasoning
2 tbsp 30 mL Flamin’ Hot Cheetos dust
Butter
2 tbsp 30 mL Unsalted butter-melted

Instructions

Preheat oven to 375°F (190°C).
In a bowl, combine all Cheese Filling ingredients and mix well.
Lay out tortillas and spread approximately 1/3 cup of the Cheese Filling down the center of each tortilla.
Roll up each tortilla tightly and place seam-side down on a baking sheet.
Brush the tops of the burrito logs with melted Butter.
Sprinkle generously with Flamin’ Hot Seasoning.
Bake for 15-20 minutes, or until golden brown and cheese is melted and bubbly.
Let cool slightly before serving.
