
Flamin’ Hot Cheese Burrito Logs
A quick and easy take on cheesy, spicy burrito logs perfect for a snack or light meal. Uses readily available ingredients and simple techniques.

Flour tortillas- inch
1 1/2 cups
Shredded cheddar cheese
1/2 cup
Shredded Monterey Jack cheese
1/4 cup
Diced pickled jalapeños
2 tbsp
Flamin’ Hot Cheetos dust

A quick and easy take on cheesy, spicy burrito logs perfect for a snack or light meal. Uses readily available ingredients and simple techniques.
Instructions
- Preheat oven to 375°F (190°C).
- In a bowl, combine all Cheese Filling ingredients and mix well.
- Lay out tortillas and spread approximately 1/3 cup of the Cheese Filling down the center of each tortilla.
- Roll up each tortilla tightly and place seam-side down on a baking sheet.
- Brush the tops of the burrito logs with melted Butter.
- Sprinkle generously with Flamin’ Hot Seasoning.
- Bake for 15-20 minutes, or until golden brown and cheese is melted and bubbly.
- Let cool slightly before serving.
