  1. Prepare the Dipping Sauce: In a small bowl, combine all Dipping Sauce ingredients and mix well. Set aside.
  2. Prepare the Breading: In a shallow dish, combine all Breading ingredients except the eggs. In a separate shallow dish, beat the eggs.
  3. Coat the Cheese Curds: Dredge the Cheese Curds in the flour mixture, then dip in the beaten eggs, and finally coat thoroughly with Panko Bread Crumbs.
  4. Fry the Cheese Curds: Heat the Vegetable Oil in a deep fryer or large pot to 350°F (175°C). Carefully add the coated Cheese Curds in batches, ensuring not to overcrowd the pot.
  5. Fry for 2-3 minutes per batch, or until golden brown and crispy. Remove with a slotted spoon and place on a paper towel-lined plate to drain excess oil.
  6. Serve immediately with the prepared Dipping Sauce.
