  1. Preheat oven to 400°F (200°C).
  2. Cut the pumpkin in half and scoop out the seeds.
  3. In a small bowl, whisk together all Maple-Juniper Glaze ingredients.
  4. Brush the cut sides of the pumpkin with the Maple-Juniper Glaze.
  5. Place the pumpkin cut-side up on a baking sheet.
  6. Roast for 45-60 minutes, or until the pumpkin is tender and easily pierced with a fork. Baste with glaze halfway through roasting.
  7. Let cool slightly before serving.
