All-Purpose Flour

Instructions
- Mash the Sweet Potato Base sweet potato fries in a large bowl, leaving some texture.
- Add the All-Purpose Flour, Egg, Milk, Garlic Powder, Paprika, Salt, and Black Pepper to the mashed sweet potatoes.
- Mix well until everything is combined.
- Heat the Vegetable Oil in a large skillet over medium heat.
- Form the sweet potato mixture into small patties.
- Fry the patties for 3-4 minutes per side, or until golden brown and crispy.
- Serve immediately.
