Instructions
  1. Preheat oven to 300°F (150°C).
  2. Combine all Ribs ingredients in a bowl and rub generously over the ribs.
  3. Wrap ribs tightly in aluminum foil and bake for 2.5 - 3 hours, or until tender.
  4. While ribs are baking, prepare the Sauce by combining all Sauce ingredients in a saucepan. Bring to a simmer over medium heat and cook for 10 minutes, stirring occasionally.
  5. Remove ribs from oven and unwrap. Brush generously with the Sauce.
  6. Increase oven temperature to 350°F (175°C) and bake for another 15-20 minutes, brushing with Sauce every 5 minutes, until sauce is caramelized.
  7. Let rest for 10 minutes before serving.
